Prime Parking

The LRCP Club is offering 3 options for people that have paid for Prime Parking 2020

You must let Penny know by April 13th 2020!! pennybgl@nycap.rr.com

2. Donate their $100 to the club (which a few generous people have)

3. Roll over your parking next year and you will have your spot and not have to pay the price increase next year.

4. We do have a waiting list for prime spots.

5. Receive a refund/destroy your check.

Out of consideration for the hotel and non-dog show guests, there will be ABSOLUTELY NO CONES OR VEHICLES ALLOWED TO BE SET UP IN THE PARKING LOTS AND/OR GRASS BEFORE 12 NOON ON SUNDAY, APRIL 11, 2021. Any cones that are set-up will be taken down and thrown away. Any vehicles parked in the parking lot before 12:00 Noon on April 11, 2021, will be towed at owner’s expense.

Reserved Prime Parking for the week, available for Exhibitors with
Standard size Vans, Mini Vans, or vehicles that fit in standard size
parking spaces. $120.00 for the week (must pay for the week). Limited Number of Spaces. A space includes grass behind for Ex-Pens (Space may be limited for number of pens). If you wish to park together, please submit reservations in the same envelope.
NO MORE THAN 2 Reservations in one envelope.

One reservation per vehicle, per person. NO saving of space without a reservation. Prime Parking spaces will be AVAILABLE after SUNDAY at 12:00 NOON. Anyone parked for The LRCP Specialty in reserved spaces will be asked to move or will be towed at owner’s expense. NO RESERVATIONS will be accepted before FEBRUARY 17, 2021. No reservations with “signature required” will be accepted or received. All reservations will be first come, first served basis in order of receipt.

The Parking Committee will assign the spots. NO EXCEPTIONS!
